Hi,

I have had the third Grande mug that I printed about 3 months ago returned, because it has cracked towards the bottom along the line of the base. If that makes sense.

Will post a photo later.

Having had a look at one I have been using, but NOT printed, I see that it too has a crack along the bottom near base. The were bought from BMS.

Has anyone else encountered problems with these mugs?

Got some grande here. Printed 2 and one i use as you do, not printed. None of them are cracked. And they are quite old now too.

also got 2 grand mugs i bought for samples when we first started out about 2 yr ago...
both are used every day and are still the same as if they were new....incl the printed image ;-)

but you will always get the odd one that has possibly slipped through quality control - it happens....

OK, as you see I have taken some photos of one of th emugs and you can clearly see the crack along the bottom part. It is also cracked on th einside of the mug as well.

It is the same with the blank one as well. So any thoughts would be appreciated.
