Hey guys, had my first mug press arrive today and I've set it up and printed my image out and tried to press it but then once it has finished the mug is just blank. Don't really know what I'm doing wrong.

Paper I'm using: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/321346178510? ... EBIDX%3AIT

Mugs: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/301263518485? ... EBIDX%3AIT

Mug Press: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/UKPress-MUG-Heat-Press-MP160-Latte-Durham-Sublimation-Printing-Heat-Transfer-/301214354455?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item4621c64c17

Also using an Epson Workforce 3010 with sublimation inks. First of all we tried having the heat at 200C and put it on for 220 seconds. Also tried varying the times, to shorter, longer but still the image isn't transferring.

Any help would be appreciated thank you.

If nothing at all is transferring I'm betting on the ink not being sublimation.

Also check your printing on the right side of the sublimation paper.

I'm printing onto the glossy side of the paper.

The listing says the inks are all dye inks... I do have a separate set of inks that I purchased. Do you think I should empty my cartridges and try the other ink?

Oh joy... haha! Well my other set of inks I got prior to getting the printer which came with them, each say Disperse Ink (SUB) Do you think these are the right ones?

YES!
sublimation ink is disperse dyes formulated to go through a printer

Cheers guys! I will blame the missus for this one. Found the sublimation printer on ebay with empty cartridges and she thought she'd buy me the one with inks haha. I will try out my other dyes and let you know how I get on!
