plates in 3d machine

Hi chaps! I wonder if anyone pressed some plates in 3d machine yet?
I have a box of lovely looking plates here and did 6 so far and you can kill me but i can't get descent print on them.
All of them are blurred as hell! no even one sharp detail on them.
I tried all sort of times. i started with 360sec. and i also did some for 550. none of them works :/

any ideas?
