Re: looking for an asp.NEt guru!

Hi
Pretty much as the subject says! I am looking for someone who knows their stuff when it comes to asp.NET coding or rather my brother in law is looking. He had someone working on the project and they turned out to be 'less than adequate"
My brother in law runs a small business from home in Cambridge and is need of said guru to either salvage the existing app that just doesn't do what its supposed to or probably a better idea would be to write from scratch a new app. He needs to be able to take a page of text and turn it into a jpeg of a page of text.
Do you know anyone who could do this - he's willing to pay but being a small one man business can't run to professional consultancy rates with 6 hours of preliminary meetings at an eye watering gazillion quid per hour before the first line of code is even contemplated let alone written.
Anyone?
regards
Arthur
