Trying to find a solution for iphone blanks corners... We can do it! :-)

I see, thanks. I am really not sure that it is possible to preheat film. Will try though.

Hey Josh. I believe they're BestSub cases that I bought from subli.co.uk although I'm only assuming that's the brand because of the 'B' logo. And yes, they're very good quality - very sturdy and not super-flexible like many out there. Haven't had a single return out of the 400+ I've sold using that particular style of case.Josh205;91501 wrote:ArtyGamer can I ask where you get your cases? They look like good quality. Cheers

Arty, are you doing anything different for Samsung S5 cases? I'm having a bear of a time getting them to come out right. This is the only case I am currently having any problems with. I know they shouldn't be any different than the S3 or S4 but for some reason I'm not getting good ink transfer on the corners (folding/gathering problems) and some issues around the camera.

Mine come out the same way with the little hair lines on the corners. Think I'm going to look into the cut and fold a little more.
[QUOTE=magda;90734]Hi everyone, I have now done some testing with my new 3d press (st3042). I've tried artygamers method but it doesn't quite work for me. The main issue I get is crease marks on the corners. Does anyone else get these marks with this method? Does anyone know if there is a way to solve it? Image below illustrates the issue:

Hi ArtyGamer. I'm new to the forum and new to 3D printing. Just in the process of setting up an operation at the minute.
I think that you seem to have the whole thing about phone cases cracked and applaud your tutorials.
Only thing is, I can't access your download templates for some reason?
Is it because I am a new member?
Also, I visited your recommended site for case blanks, but I didn't see iPhone 6 cases on there. Are they available yet?
Many Thanks and keep up your excellent posts!

I still get hairline marks where the paper folds (mostly visible with pastel colours) but it doesn't really matter so much as I can control where they appear by the way I fold the paper. So they are not very noticeable. I think these marks happen because the ink doubles up in the folds resulting in a darker print.

yes, it's us, but we promise the printing result is good, and accept return goods if the printing result is not good, did they can?
