Martin / Justin, i really think BMS/DSF should get something out of this, i was thinking of sending a letter to the editors of a couple of the trade mags, showing the total of the monies raised etc, what do you two think ??

As far as I remember last time when we wanted to mention about DSF in printer and promotion it would cost us about £400

...and the rest! lol. I've always been keen to get us into the P&P magazine to help spread the word as far as possible. I'll be detailing total amounts etc. shortly.

but Paul, letters to the editors only cost a postage stamp, and i was hoping as a "good news story" it should get lineage given the amount of money raised from such a small group of people

OK folks, here it is. Official confirmation of our £500 donation to Comic Relief! Comic Relief will also get 25-28% gift aid on this payment so the total figure is closer to £625/£640!!!

I have requested an official thank you certificate and will post a scanned copy when it arrives but this is likely to be May onwards.

Brilliant work everyone, this has been an overwhelming success. Next time around I'll organise things well in advance and we'll see what we can come up with

Thanks Martin, i have a few orders to press up, was going to use my old press, but have held onto the orders to try out my new one... i am like a kid waiting for santa at the moment lol

Its here, but had to make a dash to london to collect something else, so not had a chance to un[pack it yet
