just out of interest the ones who are having problems with the backing pulling off, how much tape are you using and where are you putting it ?

same place we always have - the 4 corners !

i just put it on 2 corners, although that wouldnt make any difference i suppose, but just a tiny bit of the tape touching the coaster, and fortunately up to now i have never had a problem with the backing

sorry, but 2 tiny wee bits o tape on each coaster x 6 coasters per a4 sheet - is asking for things to move/fall off between moving them from the bench to the heat press = PITA !
i have a review of the new solejuice coasters coming later tonight..once i clear the back orders we have here ;(

we doing these in bulk my friend..not just 1/2 here n there - a4 sheets x 6 coasters per sheet x 2 sheets on the press at any one time

a4 sheets x 4 coasters per sheet x 2 sheets on the press at any one time, i do these everyday of the week and will be doing upto a 1000 per week minimum in the run up to christmas my friend....just looking for a solution for you, ive always used the xpres coasters with their heat tape and like i said never had a problem with the backing
