Just to re-fresh this post.

I hadn't had time to look at the script until last night and have been playing around with it and then adding backgrounds etc.

As you can see above, by playing around with it in photo shop you can end up with a 3 sided image, left, right and middle. Then just add a background onto it and voila!

Note: To create the centre picture, move the image into the centre then press the 3d script render. Once done find the 4 layers that make up the handle and remove them.

For the alternate side, firstly flip the image before rendering and move it to the opposite side. Once there click render and you'll have a back-to front image. Flip this in photoshop so the handle goes to the other side and the image will turn back the right way and you then have the other side of the mug.

Very effective I think?

i think it look very unprofessional made.
i am toying with some 3d at this moment for my web site....
bad gif only at this moment

so wheres the script them adam ?

Also Paul - the rotating cup looks quite good - you say bad gif but keep size down as its doing its job by showing what cup looks like with full picture on

What are you using for this Paul ? (program wise) - looks like some very good potential there buddy, well done :-)

Do you mean where is the script that I used to create the images above?
If so, it's the same script that you've been commenting about in previous posts (check the thread and your previous posts).

sorry Adam! I meant to say it does look professional :) chrome browser try to correct my mistakes and sometimes end up funny!
well done adam. I really like it.


mug is created in 3dmax and then saved to sheed loads of jpegs. then in to animated gif.

i do like that rotating mug but the trouble with that is if someone has certain images switched off it won't show
thats always a down side to them sort of images unfortunately

but they do look good tho :)

and you had me thinking for a minute when you said UN-proffesional rofl

thats why I convert it to gif. as some people got flash turned off and wont see it. most people can see gifs ;)

I didnt want to say that Adams pick looks un pro :) it does look bloody good actualy...
