An appreciation of the difference between non criminal (civil) offences and clearly defined criminal law would be a good starting point. I must be missing something, all the negative comments about the thread starter have been based purely on assumption.
I for one would be amused to see his own legal representative taking action about some of the derogatory comments made about his venture on these forums. Maybe that would finally bring things home to folks. Having clearly documented forum postings all over this forum accusing this trader and that trader will eventually lead one day to legal action against Justin, especially when folks are highlighting those sites without definitive proof of any misdeeds.
I just hope Justin has deep pockets to keep allowing this forum to descend into witch hunts by irresponsible forum members.
