We only got new delivery of coasters and tape to try from BMS yesterday so not had time to trial. We love 20mm tape though so reluctant to try thinner tape but of course will give it a go.

I always buy mine from bms, never use anyone else - ive had 5 orders over the last two weeks and I've used 2 different sorts of tape and all absolutely perfect.

Although, I'm not as big a seller as others are, mine have all still been perfect.

I have same problem with the unisub coasters from xpres, I just thought that is what must happen, being new at this, but now I know it should not happen, my quess is with the £ being so weak against the $, manufactures are cutting corners to keep the price static, its like a cheap mars bar, a lot smaller than a normal priced one.

Hi Phill. That's why most people changed from Unisub this time last year.

PLEASE enlighten us on your coaster prep prior to printing.
And how many coaster are you printing at same time 1 / 4 / 6 / 12 ??
Are you hobby seller, or commercial ?

Can you take vid and show us ?

we are currently in talks with other supplier/s as well....dont have any choice here i,m afraid ;(

thing i really dont get is - how were the first 500 we got from bms great around 4 weeks ago...not one problem..all others since then have had probs....it must be a manufacturer end problem...cause it def aint heat tape this end....
but then again, bms sent us some of the "old stock" of coasters = same probs as well..so i really am stumped here tbh....

used and tried there own green stuff they kindly sent us to try...AND, other even less tacky brown tape i got in today...same problem guys ;(....annoying as we thought we had found decent coasters again after unisub..

Used BMS heat tape on BMS coasters and still backing came off. Got to see Martin in person who will investigate further although of course one of those things where it doesn't happen for everyone. Good service and communication from BMS so hopefully resolution can be found.

Don't do as many coasters as we used to but probably still went through a few thousand this year. Many of these were Unisub from Xpres and didn't appear to be any problems.
