Cheers BIGJ
I think I will stick with Listawood Budget ones then. They give me a really good price with the added bonus that they are only a 20 min drive from me which means I can order and get them the same day.

yet to try xpres ones....but will wait till i hear the reports from others on here before i do what i usually do....jump in
I've been buying lots of Xpres 5013 recently as I moved from Raja mugs. They are almost identical, both made in Thailand and suffer the same defects. Thick coating drips, misshapen/ twisted. I loose about 6 per box, my last box was very bad. There's no perfect mug but tempted by these subliblank orcas although more expensive!

I find that amazing. I switched to 5013's a few years ago. I've printed 100's probably more and can honestly say I've never had one reject.... How very strange.

So whats the general consensus for supplier/mug?
Are Signzworld orcas with the box still OK?
IM starting to get a few orders and people are asking for bigger mugs than the 10oz I have at the mo.

Stay clear of Signzworld mate they are garbage. Handles not flush / squint, lots of tiny scuffs across the mugs too. My next order is to be with Xpres. Works out at around £40 a box of 36 after half price delivery and discount. It's still plricey IMO but can't seem to get a better deal for a DECENT mug.

For the record, I am delighted with Xpres customer service so far, I've just ordered a few cartons of coasters, ordered at 5.15pm tonight and delivered to Glasgow by lunchtime tomorrow.

I'm still pleased with my Longforte ones, I would never have considered getting this close to the top or bottom of the last lot of mugs I had.

Have you got a full length photo of a blank?
Had a look on their site and the handle like it has a lot more of a C type shape than a D if you know what I mean.
