No. Still waiting for the great british postal system to deliver the image to them that I sent by first class recorded on Monday.

hi Twinsgan

Do you have tracking on Recorded delivery?

Reason I ask is because I sent out in excess of 200 individual mugs on Monday using standard first class post. All of them have arrived (I know this because I ask people to email me as soon as it arrives).

I don't want to accuse the seller of anything but....

Well, after waiting for a week for royal mail to deliver the image back to the supplier, and 5 days for them to test it, this is the reply I got...

Hi Susan sorry we did check- it’s the right sub ink but it wont work with brother printers we did try
Sorry we have sent a pre-paid returns envelope if you could return it for a refund
We have heard from other customers before it works on brother but never actually tried it our self till now

So I'm back to square one now. I'm beginning to think this sublimation lark was not a good idea!

I don't buy it.
I think they're trying to cover themselves to be honest - have sent you the wrong ink, and are not admitting it.
Either the ink will sublimate or it won't, no matter which suitable printer you put it through
Easy way to test this is to drop a little bit of the inks onto some paper. Let it dry, and then try heat pressing it on to an item - something cheap like a piece of polyester.
If it is sublimation ink then it will transfer nicely, and if it is just a normal dye or pigment ink, then it won't.

Agree with Pisquee totally here.

Sublimation is a great business, but it is a steep learning curve and you will find that most of us only purchase from recognised and reputable sublimation suppliers. Not having a pop at you there, just saying many have gone down the cheaper route only to find its a dead end.

keep trying mate
