The amount of sublimation ink being sold on Ebay (and staying there) has increased dramatically since the '907 patent expired a year ago.
There is ONE IP lady who looks at all the infrigements just because theres lots there does not mean its legal !! Theyve just not been caught, as my message and ebay removal is testament to. The lady at Sawgras is called Laura she works from the USA and not only monitors ebay but many many other sites and misses a lot of ads especially on ebay uk and germany etc. But res assured if she sees them they WILL be removed if you persist EBAY WILL cancel your account.
