Here is a template for iphone 4. Basically it gives you a general idea of how to position the images in photoshop. Before printing just make that layer invisible and your good to go. Also i was wondering, my sides are not transferring fully. What i mean by that is the color is not as full and vivid as the back of my cases. Any ideas? i have been pressing them (sides) around half way mark like you suggested earlier and it works so so. The temp might be the issue as its quite cold in the room i work in and the temperature fluctuates between 190 - 205. If that was the case then why does the back turn out perfect?

One for your supplier to address I guess. Could be many factors, but I'd recommend speaking to your supplier to diagnose the problem.

Think it was heat. i increased the heat of my machine to 205 C. Was wondering pauly, do you use the double heater option or just the one?

I use the double heater. I just thought that was what you do as it does not say in the instructions. I noticed in your vjdeo that you use the top heater. I was going to give that a try to see if there is any difference in quality. I sometimes get an issue with the sides but not much. Have no idea why though. I have my temp set at 195 but i may up it a little to see what happens. As i said before, i get no issues when using matt finish cases.

yes. I am currently testing the machine in my house which is being stupid cause the wiring uses 10 A Breakers so they trip when using both heaters. I am assuming this is one of the issues. Also i have updated my process of wrapping and production. Now the cases come out FULLY enveloped. i will make a video of me wrapping for you. I am ordering my phone cases (iphone 4/5, samsung galaxy s3/4/note2, ipad 2/3/mini). Will be grabbing about 600 of each phone and 500 total of tablets. Please let me know if anyone wants some. i can ask for more.

Hi all - very interesting thread - thanks. Just a few comments - if you are going to use film ( which gives a closer mould-to-substrate) than paper ( which is cheaper but can crease), then we have discovered that ink uptake and drying is better if you gently pre-warm the film before you print - especially useful if using a Ricoh rather than an Epson - the Ricoh lays down more ink, which can cause ink acceptance problems.

Thats a good tip thanks! I will try that. Would the heating and vacuum time be the same as when using paper do you think?

That I do not know - but both film manufacturers & 3D oven manufacturers supply optimum settings for film

oh what a perfect opportunity! Hello Sawgrass. I am currently using your artainium UV+ ink and was wondering if i use a CISS for my epson 1430, how much ink will i save during printing? i have heard that it saves 30% or more on ink. Is this true? Also i am looking at ink prices for the Artainiun UV+ series and at certain stores they only have it for larger printers such as epson 7600/9600. Will this ink also work for Epson 1430?
