We went for CS6 Photoshop, which we are renting from Adobe at about £20 per month - this we can budget for - paying out for the full version in one go we could not. The rental option works well for us, and means as soon as the next version comes out we can move to it.
We were using old PS 5.5 (not CS) which for most things was OK, but was slow performance wise compared to the newer versions, didn't have complete/proper colour management, and lacked a few features we needed.

Never knew they did that Pisquee.

I have CS5 and have contemplated upgrading but the cost is always key. I have often thought why don't these companies allow a subscription based service and it turns out they do!!!!

Do you have a web link or any details?

Has anyone installed any of these downloads? Is it going to expire in 30 days because Adobe are saying that it is not a free give-away?

Tried installing the CS2 suite but having difficulty getting it to see the 3 separate sections...I think that's me not reading the instructions though! Having a go at PS and Illustrator individually.

OK, PS installed fine from individual file :-) I put the files onto CD's bit still couldn't get CS2 to recognise the second CD.
