Yeah, right side of paper. No issues with neoprene or wood so far so printer/paper/pressure wise I'm happy enough there, its just the metal I have struggled with.

Gave it a spin at 200*C for 2 mins (firm pressure) today and the results are much much better than I have been getting, not just as sharp as i had hoped, but a vast improvement non the less!

Will try 195*C for 85-90 seconds but it's looking like the more time I give it the better

if they not sharp then try 2 minutes and try very medium/low presure. i know what you said before but try this for longer. it should give you sharp image...

Hi​ Paul, gave it a go at that and it has come out very well, super sharp colour & detail! Thanks everyone for the input, looks like I have found the best settings for my setup, well chuffed!!

its worth to mention that when people see not very sharp image they automatically increase pressure to force more ink and do it sharper. thats wrong thinking with metal. if metal coming out blurred and not sharp then you need to lower your pressure down
if still blurred then down again. metal need hardly any pressure.
