I got mine from a place in Ireland. Originally they had a shop on eBay, but not sure if they still on there.
There is one of the papers that is known by more than one retail name, I'm fairly certain that jetwear is one of them. Try also putting Alpha Gold and Ironall into Google.

once again its for light T's only

not good when i have a big box of mixed coloured shirts here waiting to be sold and printed on

Jetwear is definitely for darks though. Some of the papers are made under license, which is why they have different names.
Personally I wouldn't recommend putting inkjet transfers onto ANY tees, unless they are for promotional/short term use. Customers simply won't come back to you when their tee image falls to bits within a few months. The problem is the papers themselves form hairline cracks, which eventually start to lift and peel off. On cheap papers that can occur the first time they are washed, on better quality papers after a few washes. Been there, done that, got the (damaged) tee shirts.
What you have to remember, is that PayPal and your local trading standards can force you to refund your customers money, if the item you sell is not fit for purpose.

smitch6 why not try a vinyl design and have someone on this forum have it cut out on robocraft cutter for you to press

trouble is alot of ppl want it personalised don't they......
can you do a full colour image with vinyl?
or is it just one colour for like letters etc?

for garment transfers target do a range of transfer designs
http://www.targettransfers.com/d/OR03/Gallery-Designs their quanties are not bad, and you can use up your stock of t shirts.

they are completely fine they are professionally printed the same as you would get on a t shirt from a shop etc,
