is that sublimation flock good for pressing onto 100% cotton??

Yes presses fine to 100% cotton (once you've pressed the sublimation image into the subli flock).

ive used flock on a black cotton fruit of the loom t shirt and can actually feel the weight of it and can feel a cold patch when wearing it from the flock which is odd its about and 6 inch across circle, the print is fine but I dont like the weight...
