my husbands hoodies get washed in with everything else, the only thing i do is turn them inside out - as i tell all my customers to with all t shirts / hoodies we sell even vinyl ones, the hoodie (which we pressed the paper over the top of a failed vinyl design) is now just starting to crack, but thats on the back of a hoodie thats been washed just about every week, worn on a motorbike in all weather - just never tumble dryed. i think one of the problems could be a high spin speed, then sitting in the machine for a few hours before getting emptied out. ask them to send you some sample sheets - and give it a try

Yes presses fine to 100% cotton (once you've pressed the sublimation image into the subli flock).

ive used flock on a black cotton fruit of the loom t shirt and can actually feel the weight of it and can feel a cold patch when wearing it from the flock which is odd its about and 6 inch across circle, the print is fine but I dont like the weight...
