CorelDraw - Which Version?

I have E3 with many 'additions' that cost a couple of grand sequins, bling etc. So it was a substantial investment. The only feature I don't have that I need is 'Remove Overlaps' that's part of an additional package costing £389 - should be included in E3 in my opinion! It's not included in E4 either.

There's no additional benefit in upgrading from E3 to E4 as far as my business is concerned and having to pay £1000 + just to keep going annoys me.
