Re: Straight sided mugs
Hi Tam. Sorry to hear of your problems. Its 100% not the printer. I have tried the same images on 2 different styles of mugs without problems.

Hi Tam,Tam;122872 wrote:Having a similar problem but my mugs seem ok so I did a test print on my pre-cut paper for mugs and my sg400 is not printing as it should!
It is printing at a slight angle not much but enough to make a straight line look wonky when on the mug!
Might be worth testing on your printer?
Our SG400 printed wonky a while back. It turned out the back of the printer wasn't closed properly. Straightened out no problem after that. Hopefully its that simple for you too.
Alex.

Re: Straight sided mugs
As you guys know, I have been using Listawood mugs for a long time and have zero complaints about them.
Steve from Dye Sub Supplies recently sent me some 11 ounce and 10 ounce mugs to review. He sent me these knowing full well that I would be unlikely to switch suppliers so knew he was going to get a fair review without any bias.
I can honestly say that I personally feel that Dye Sub Supplies mugs are on an equal par to Listawood. I see no major difference in the quality of the print or the quality of the manufacture of the actual product. Only time will tell whether they last as long, but I see no reason why they shouldn't. If you are thinking of purchasing I would happily recommend them or Listawood as both are good suppliers and both deserve our support where possible.

That's good to know although it is the number of dish washer cycles that for us sways us to which mugs to go for as we have known coatings to peel off after only a short time in dish washers.
