Just measured ours, its 85 cm high.

I'm looking to build something around 71cm high which puts the press handle in a comfortable, near effortless position when closing. I think I'm around average height so the final design should suit most people using an Adkins swing press. I may be wrong but hey, it will suit me.

Sorry for being so slow with this but time and money have been a bit tight over the last month trying to get the new business up and running. I managed to cobble some extra cash together (thanks Ebay) so will be ordering some pre cut steel in the next week or so to form the basic platform for my bench. Please be patient, I dont do rushed. Once I get something worth showing I'll post some pics.
