this is my set up, all i can tell is that it works. the way i works is the follow:

Adobe photoshop CC
Epson L110 with Inkwo sublimation inks (chinnese)
Adobe 1998 icc for working, sRGB for printing(Photoshop manage the colors, printer color manage disable)
T-shirts 180C @ 180s, 3/8 of pressure
Mugs 180 C @ 150s, 1 inch of pressure
plates still need to check

all the above is by searching on the forums, i dont trusth the "instrucctions" the seller gave me, any help is appreciated. thanks in advance
