I am not sure why you see this as a having a pick on you

you mentioned that BMS is one of the sponsor and i just make it straight that they are not. Just to save some confusion to future readers.

For clarity and fairness, newcomers should probably know that BMS used to be a 'sponsor' and financially contributed to the forum, and that although they no longer do this, that their contribution will have helped build the forum to what it is today.

Ok, we need to put an end to this now and get somewhere back on subject. BMS have never been a sponsor or financially contributed to the forum. They offered a discount for Premium Members for a while. I do appreciate the input BMS have had over the years offering advice but people, please don't comment any further on this unless you have your facts right, many thanks.

Have Ricoh, charged it and am left with 61% colours but that's no problem.
Really pleased with it, updated the firmware - got the Power Ranger in and all is working well.. lovely machine.
One thing though, I am using pre-cut Mug paper in this 98x237mm and the machine is pulling 2x out at a time - I doubt there is a setting for this I thought it worth asking ?

The Ricoh will show a low ink level upon initial install, this is because a large amount of ink is kept within the lines/tubes so you haven't lost it but you will notice a big difference on your second set of carts
