I agree on all of the above TonyM and it certainly makes a nice change from
"HELP I AM A NEWBIE AND AM STUCK WITH MY CHEAP CHINESE KNOCK OFF MUG PRESS AND INKS I GOT DOWN MY LOCAL PUB"
Fortunately I do not deal direct with the public as I can not stand them! I could not stand the "but I have seen it cheaper in so and so".
It would be interesting to see how others deal with it

It does, it used to really get me down seeing the low prices that people charge - in fact, sometimes it still does. Over time though I've learned just to ignore the idiots and concentrate on getting my prices right to generate the profit my business needs. It does all get very frustrating though?

People will always chance their arm to get a wee deal here and there. I do it, you do it, everyone does.
But people need to know the difference between customised bespoke sublimation mousemat/tshirt/mug/et all and something that isnt anywhere near as good.
I'm not going to go into an Armani shop (Ok ... not that I'm saying we're Armani or anything) and saying I can get similar trousers for £5 from Primark, match that price or I'll go elsewhere. It's all about informing the customer.

Hey, even my dad doesn't understand how we can sell designer mugs for £10 when he can get a mug for £1 in a supermarket!
