Who has trademarked "I heart london" and other cities? - I've done a search and I cannot find any trademark!

oh john its been the subject of horror for months, been in P&P magazine etc, will have another dig around and find all the info again

AFAIK this is all still being fought by loads of other people, but i think it may now be over, as like you john i can find nothing else out about it, and the big adverts they had in P&P seem to have stopped ??

Have you looked in the blue bar above each thread?

for posts within 24 hours it say '43 minutes ago for instance'

once it goes over the 24hrs it then shows the date

Hi Laura,
Just had a look through - he's registering designs, found 4 and they are all black and white. Read further into it and it seems like a load of rubbish, the only reason they have allowed him to register these is because the heart is black, not red - the red heart has been done before, is in common use, so cannot be trademarked. IMO
