yes this is a genuine copy. the working manuals are on the disc and comes with a activation/registration key.

If in doubt on the authenticity get in touch with corel direct and get them to verify it, you will have more weight with your ebay dispute then. If it is counterfeit ebay won't ask you to return it they will just make sure you get a refund!!

The software was genuine enough but the code had been deliberately removed form the box, as it seems on all of these boxes...seems strange.
