Research little bit of ques. It's possible so this is a plus. But for the life of me I don't know how to add more then one object to printing Que. I CHECKED HELP, it shows how it looks but doesn't tell how to add more objects.

But in the meantime, I printed couple of images for you to see excellent colour.
One image is bit grainy as it's printed on cheap aluminium.
The smaller one is on chromalux.

Hi guys, we purchased an SCF 500 last November and ever since then we've had nothing but problems with it. Our first issue was 'Pizza wheel' marks creating black dots across the image, we dropped Epson a message and they sneak out an engineer, unfortunately his response was basically 'Buy the rip software', which I couldn't believe actually wasnt included.

We tried numerous things, power flushing (Which seems to use about half of the ink each time which is about £30 worth) different media, pattern gaps size, having it lay down less black ink, thick paper settings you name it, we couldn't get results.

So the printer basically sat idle for a few months, printing the odd Coaster and mug which would could produce without the dark colours leading to the pizza Marks.

We've recently decided to start printing face masks, since Epson Edge is about £800 we decided to trial Printfab, reducing the black seemed to work for a week or two and gave us enough scope to print some good designs, but now the printer has another problem [ATTACH=CONFIG]6323[/ATTACH]

Its started to produce white dots through the centre of the page, they seem to parallel down the page whether it's in portrait or landscape. I'm going to try the Cadlink software above as suggested by Xpres, but I'm very close to throwing this bloody thing in the river.

Btw if anyone has any solutions please let me know, this thing is driving me insane.

And yes I have done nozzle checks, again used different papers, tried colour saturation and print head alignment.

We've had issues since last November. The pizza wheel marks through the prints and a trailing black line after any kind of dark print resulting in countless ruined t shirts, cushions and photo panels. The white dots don't matter too much on the print as they almost always disappear when pressed but the trailing lines are creating visible marks.

We've tried every possible combination of settings, every paper type, cleaning the spokes with print head cleaner fluid and reducing the print density to the point of noticeable poor quality and nothing has worked.

We had the pizza wheel issue with an old Epson about 10 years ago and it was an easy fix by removing the paper feed spokes but this is a £2000 printer and I'm not going to start tinkering around with it while it's still under warranty.

Overall, I've not been remotely impressed with the quality, it doesn't seem to be printing at the dpi it says on the box even on the highest settings and black and white images always seem to result in a slightly green tinge.

What brand / type / weight of paper is it you're using?
The Epson DS paper we use in our Epson SC-F500 doesn't give this at all.
I'd recommend trying the Epson DS 87gsm paper and letting us know how you get on.

I Agree with Adam. Genuine epson sublimation paper for this printer does not have this issue. But is not very good for fabrics. Excellent for hard items, but for fabrics you need some High Release paper. I will be buying TexPrint on roll from xpres soon to see if this can be improved.
ps. texprint has same size core as epson paper so it will fit.

We're using genuine Epson DS paper.

My main issue with trying to get this fixed is that this is so obviously a physical problem. The pizza wheel marks is a common Epson problem across a wide range of Epson printers over a long period of time. Google it and you'll find plenty of examples, even on this forum.

No software or colour correction is going to fix this.
