The times you have suggest you only had the top oven on. When you pressed the oven button did you press it twice so that both icons appear on the screen?
16-18 minutes full coverage should be for 12 mugs.
I suspect you are correct, it is just that 190 degrees for 16 minutes for 2 mugs using Sawgrass ink seems way over the top, if I did that in my old 3D oven I am pretty sure they would burn.If that was the case, wouldn't you get a shady print?
