Ok I got sawgrass back on the phone for another remote link to my pc. I think it's sorted. The girl is saying when my printer installed powerdriver it installed the us one rather that eu.

It does seem better I have to say but I'll need to try a few mugs to test this.

Just a shame it's costed me a dozen mugs and god knows how much inks for them to sort this but heyho.

Lol the picture is bland I have to say, it's a recent holiday pic taken on my phone and I'm not to hot with photoshop to be honest, that's my next learning curve as I do want to use this picture on a mug but as you say with more pop as I would like to give it to a friend as a small thank you.

Well I'll keep you posted and can't thank you enough for all your help.

I did also ask the girl about maybe my monitor being off but she couldn't help me with this she said the powerdriver takes the pictures to the very closest of colours.
This seems like a bit of a daft answer as if I do want to edit my pictures I would need to see how they do look before I even print them.

Do you have any advice on setting my monitor for good colour correctness?

Well professional colour monitors are expensive £1000's.

To calibrate a monitor needs specialist equipment, a good printer engineer should have the kit, but again it will probably cost £300+ when the engineer is in your area.
