When I did not have enough 1st and 2nd class franking bags I just went down to my local sorting office and asked, they gave me a whole load of bags, not sure if that is any help because I don't know what RM OBA is.

Have you been delivered all of the cable ties, air mail stickers, green and red tags e.t.c I would say that the sacks would then be delivered by a local postie a day or so after. When you need more you order them through the OBA and they will be dropped off a few days later. Your local rep should pay you a visit or at least go over the system with you over the phone. We have always had very good service from RM and the OBA team. You then take the bags to the PO and drop them off at the Quick Drop normally.

Thanks for your reply ...I got everything else but sacks ..You are right the local rep contacted me via email as he is available to visit me but got so busy and didn't reply to him yet and still using normal Royal mail stamps ..Ill call him tomorrow ..Thanks again

OBA , is On-line Business Account (Royal mail ) ..lol..
