The first bank where I worked did the same too & it was nice to get a £25 voucher to spoil yourself a little bit.

Hi All,

I had a meeting with the regional manager in the store today & was given a full apology. He agreed they had some serious issues in the store & all the staff are now undergoing training to get their customer service skills to how they should be. The two members of staff who caused the problems are being given more intense training & have been told if there is a repeat of what happened to me then they will no longer be working there anymore.

I was also given £100 in compensation & an undertaking that I will never be treated in the same way again.

I have to say it is good to know they do take customers views seriously & do take action when things are not quite as they should be.

Real Brass, now that makes a different, you certainly deserved it by the sound of it. :D

Aye Alan lad thas' nowt like a bit of extra brass t' keep a Yorkshireman happy tha' knows :lol: :D

I forgot to mention they also gave me 10 reams of paper too which, will come in handy. ;) :lol: :D
