I've asked my supplier if they can do this, I'm sure there are companies that can but I can the setup will be high....will report back

theoretically as I understand the jigs they are just there to keep the shape of the piece while heating you should be able to cast your own jigs with high temperature resin, (just pour it into a case, and extract when set).
just a quick google shows resin which will not shrink, crack or distort up to 180c (I bet there's stuff that will go up to over 200) at £14 for 500g it's certainly worth a punt http://www.easycomposites.co.uk/product ... resin.aspx

Good find
i'll take a closer look. The trays have a couple of 10mm holes in them already so my idea is to get 10mm aluminium rod, put a small piece into this hole and drill a shallow hole out of the jig itself so that it sits onto the new pegs.

think i will hold off buying ours just now, as we do mainly phone cases, the last thing i want to be doing with new equipment is trying to fix the bloody thing that meant to be ready to go...aint got the time for that just now
will email our supplier tomorrow justin for an update on there machines, to see if the same prob is present with theres :rolleyes:

I now have the parts to amend these jigs so all being well I'll have a 'fixed' in place jig setup over the next few days
The suppliers have sent me photos of the newer jigs and they've basically had the same idea.

can you get some sample up justin till i / we see them ? eps the mugs...up to the handle you say ?...that sounds
i thought you could do 4 mugs in these ? supplier i got has 4 mug mold/s with solid top that goes over the whole 4
you got different molds ?

I have a few moulds. The mug one is a single 11oz. Also looking at getting custom made moulds for other items.
