Mid 40's potbelly...... well something is happening, perhaps due to lack of exercise coz of injured knees and i used to be addicted. The orangery hmmm not there yet but certainly a new car although doesnt need to be a 'new' one. i'll take 'used'.

just finished wee training session other day so popped into the office to annoy the girls lol
if i can keep this shape into my 50's i will be a very happy man indeed.
and i still eat my chicken curry twice a week and enjoy my crisps/choc now and again, so its not all protein and to strict a diet - got to have a life...i aint getting any younger :frown:

jeez i need to dye that bloody grey bit at the front of the hair lol...

lost a lot of my size over the last 2 yr cause i aint training as hard and often as i was, due to other commitments - steady 19.6st now...was 22st at one point

so now you know who i am now lol...put a face to the name
