Ebay Dispute opened....

not heard anything from CS on that one brett, or on the ebay forums about banning emails in listings
do know that the shop fees are going up from basic £14.99 - to £19.99+vat. and the others are up as well.
ebay also want you to give "free postage" to keep your TSR- oh come on - everyone and there granny knows there aint no such thing as free postage, its fired in with the price, hiking up the price of the product, that in turn gives ebay more profit from there FVF's...corporate ass's want more money to hire better tea boys

they are gonna lose a lot of sellers with all these new rules when they are all implemented, cause some will not/can not comply with them due to one reason or another, and others will just have had enough of all the stupid constant tinkering of the site and changes :rolleyes:

you have to wonder if thats their plan .... infact you dont have to wonder im pretty sure it is their plan the likes of us small time businesess that put ebay where it is are now surplus to requirements

How do you direct people from ebay ?? ive tried using compliment slips in my orders with discount codes on and to this day i havnt had one used so they obviously arnt working i bandy my email address about in the hope that when customers see the @purpledragondesigns.co.uk they put 2 n 2 together but that doesnt seem to work either and anyway ebay have now banned email addresses in messages and are planning on doing the same on listings so unless a customer contacts me direct im not sure how you convert them from ebay customers to web site customers

emphasise that you give personal service - make sure your phone number is in listing. If they ask for a quote dont do it in ebay messages. it doesnt work everytime but any ones that do save syou dosh.
