Yes you can apply vinyl and transfers to bibs but bear in mind it will affect the surface so best kept small 
flex isnt great on towling type material but flock works a treat and is soft to touch as well so great for baby productsRogerC;69775 wrote:I would suspect not as bibs tend to be a toweling like material and the vinyl probably will not adhere very well...it will look bumpy/rippled.
