Yes you can apply vinyl and transfers to bibs but bear in mind it will affect the surface so best kept small

I would suspect not as bibs tend to be a toweling like material and the vinyl probably will not adhere very well...it will look bumpy/rippled.

flex isnt great on towling type material but flock works a treat and is soft to touch as well so great for baby products
