If i could have my own way, would be Paint Shop Pro X by Jasc before coral took over.

Now its Photoshop and Illustrator.

if it's only for mugs then go for Photoshop

For the design stage I use CS3 and for the printing I use CDX5 so i'm in the both camp.

both are the best of both worlds. a tool box needs several tools.
