Chromaluxe sheeting goes up to 40x60cm - would you not want a press big enough for that?
This would rule out the Hotronix and Adkins models already mentioned.
The Adkins Beta Maxi A2 would do it just, although a made to order model, with POA.

Epson 7700 is a 24" (up to A1+) wide printer and takes 350ml capacity SubliJetE inks:

The Epson 4450/ 4880 will do A2+ and which would also be large enough, but cartridge capacity are smaller:

both of the above printers would also take large refillable cartridges, along with similar 9000 series Epson printers, so you wouldn't be ties to a sealed cartridges system. The 9000 series would then open you up to the option of using higher quality and better priced bulk inks compared to more domestic Sawgrass type inks.
