Time and time again I've asked what members want and time and time again there is little input.

Time and time again DFS has had excellent feedback from its members but none of the suggestions ever come to fruition.

Secondly they are saving considerably more that the measly £10 in supplier discounts

Wow - i'll be keeping my measly £10.00 in my pocket this year.

And any decent suggestions are indeed being implemented but this takes time and money. These things don't happen overnight. If you'd like further information, or maybe proof is a better word, then please feel free to PM me...or maybe we could keep the criticism coming?

No criticism coming from me - just commenting on your statements. Sorry for the ruffling of any feathers.
