Youve brought pigment ink not sublimation ink. (normal ink)

But the invoice says sub inks and that's what I asked for in the email. As I just said in the previous post, I've emailed them to confirm [or deny] that they sent the right ones. I'll keep you posted whenI get the reply.

They are decanting to sell the Inktec sublimation inks on Ebay in 250 and 500ml quantities, so it wouldn't surprise me that if asked they would provide 100ml quantities for around £15, but maybe they'd have gotten confused with you having a Brother printer, which aren't commonly used for sublimation work.
EDIT - It is a different company selling Inktec sublimation ink on Ebay in 250 and 500ml quantities, NOT City Ink.

I've just had a reply asking for a photo of the bottles so at least they are trying to help. I'm actually hoping that it is the ink as that can be easily solved. It'll be a pain as I'll have to flush out the old inks, and I have wasted a few substrates, but it's all about learning the right way!

If this is true then Sawgrass will be very interested to hear of this!

£15 per bottles they aren't sublimation inks I'm afraid, there in lies your problem.

If it's sublimation ink you've just dropped them in it right up to their middle

I know someone who did thorough tests on Inktec sublimation inks a few years ago and the word I got back was a resounding no.
You need to buy your inks from an authorised sublimation ink supplier. Prices don't vary much so alarm bells should start ringing if prices are way lower than everywhere else.

I'm communicating as we speak to a very helpful guy who is asking all the same questions that you've all asked.
To be sure it wasn't the paper, I tried a different brand that I have and it still leaves no trace of an image at all. I'm waiting for his next reply so willl let you know what happens.
