thanks for this. this mean ricoh does not support sublimation ink then :cool:

Hi Dan :biggrin:

Just a quick question Dan if I may. Has Ricoh ever considered producing something similar to the old Alps printers where you can print white or metallics to produce water slide decals etc? The reason I ask is that now something like the old Alps could be very popular.
