Is there a parking fee ? Went on train last year but year before I drove and it was free parking

at least spring fair parking was free, that helped, i used the ap for the show, and made appts to see people, and still had lots of time to browse. i know the busses have to be paid for at these shows, but the parking fee can make you wince, is there no one in your area andrew that you can share costs with ??

NEC parking charge is £8.00 robbing barstewards, that's why I use the train cost around £20.00 return straight through to Birmingham International, taking the car is a no brainer when fuel, etc taken into account. The worst part is waiting for the bus from Corwen to Wrexham (go in with Chris to Corwen, he starts at 7.00 bus comes at 7.30) no cafes open at that time of the morning, thank goodness for travel mugs

and you can only spend so much time in the Newsagents.
Will be going along on Monday.

I do have a few other printers my way and they are often calling into us, I just tend to make last minute decisions what day to go depending what I have on. I don't like staying to long and wouldn't want to put restrictions on someone else. Would make sense sharing costs though.
You never know parking might be free like the Spring Fair as that didn't used to be.

Hmmm reading all your comments about P&P Show I am wondering if we should bite the bullet and attend! Although not so far to travel as Justin the cost of flights are expensive! We really only do mugs and patches at the moment but we are getting asked all the time for other items like t-shirts, i-phone/i-pad covers etc with our own artwork on it! We have had some t-shirt samples made up but really need to learn the terminology and see how it's done so we can understand a bit better - I take it that this would be THE place to see all that?
