Adam, I would have a go at reinstalling the profile again. It is sometime ago that a few others seemed to have a similar problem & a few cured it by reinstalling the profile again. Hope you get it sorted out soon mate.

Whoooops..........sorry a bit late.

I've seen something similar caused by an overspray, usually occurs in the print direction though.

I parked the heads over a bit of kitchen roll that I had put soeme of the cleaning fluid that I use on. I then did a nozzle check and it was slightly blocked. I printed out a colour chart to hopefully help unblock what was there without keeping on pressing the 'head clean' button (because we all know, although it's tempting, that we shouldn't just keep clicking that as it can cause a bigger blockage if ink cannot get through).

I printed off the same design, repressed it onto another bib and it is 99% better! - to be honest I think it's 100% but I just want to park it back up on a fresh piece of towel just in case.

(just adding the bit below for ref for future problems)

So .........
No problem with the software
No problem with the paper
No problem with the substrates
No problem with the ICC profile
No problem with the ink itself

It turned out that it was (probably) a simple blockage/piece of debris that was causing the blow out and a yellow haze.

Hopefully all is sorted - thank you to everyone that replied and offered advice it is really appreciated :-)
That conclusion would support what JSR mentioned and our experiences. In our cases we have replaced the cart & tube assemblies which has erradicated the problem (which would point to a problem with the ink flow in the cartridges).
