Only the GXe3300 is a 'supported' Ricoh A4 printer from new at present. Any other of the 'lesser' Ricoh's won't be supported with colour profiles or PowerDriver so saving a few ££ on the printer would be a false economy.

Depends if you want it on a 1-2 day service or within 5 days. If you add whatever you need to your shopping basket and either register & login or go though to putting your address & postcode in then the delivery will be calculated for you. Northern Ireland courier starts at £13.50 + vat.

forgot to ask about the ink collection unit. can someone explain this to me? will i need one?

The printer includes one of these. You only need to worry about this when it comes to replacing it at some point in the future.
