Stack up high only works when the margins are small and you are selling LOTS and LOTS. If you are making 30p from a mug.... You need to work really hard 24/7 to have any kind of return. If they are making 50p per mug. 18 mugs per hour on a single press. That's £9ph (with no time for design or printing or packing or posting or admin).

At fivepound each there is not much if any margin, a grown up business would look at the value of the email list they gathered, but if all your customers expects give pound mugs there is no future profit stream either......
Me. Just Think they are bad at business....the more they do, the dater they fail.
Hope they are really busy.
