my son (17 at the time) left his phone in his pocket and it went off in the machine for a good long wash, he realised what he had done, and fearing the tongue lashing from me, thought he should dry it out as quick as possiible, so he put it in a toaster pocket ( a teflon envelope for better explaination) and popped it in the toaster (only on defrost - he did not want to heat it up too much) we had a good laugh about his now melted phone and i dare not think about the wost that could have happened, we were away at the time, and matt is notorious for getting side tracked (result of a brain op a few years ago)

no, he knew somehow that was wrong, and thought the "defrost" setting on the toaster would be right, pre brain op, he would have put it in the airing cupboard or called someone and asked, but post brain op - who knows lol
