oh the cardboard one BMS sells?
yes they were on my wish list once i get through my existing supplies
i've been lucky as i've never had one break as yet so far lol

The smashproof boxes Paul mentions are from sublisupplies, re:

(one link for brown boxes, the other for white ones).
Unfortunately both colours are listed as out of stock at present (at least one is out of stock every time I look at their website, so they presumably don't get too many in at a time).
Note that smashproof boxes are strong and take up less space, but they're much heavier than polystyrene boxes which could affect your postage costs if sending more than one mug at a time.
The boxes sold by BMS, and other suppliers, are single-walled boxes and may not be suitable for posting.

yep sorry i send them in the poly mailers and your right its 2.24 per mug, space is limited here too smitch as i have a disabled wife and moved into a flat to make it accessible, so i order 25 poly boxes from bms at once, never had a broken cup in one and people alway comment how good the packaging is.

Are they single or double-walled?
I was going to buy some in a little bit back, but I ended up buying boxes from Listawood because I was buying China mugs from them at the same time - and it saved on postage to buy all together. Sorry! :frown:

No need to apologise! I don't expect everyone to buy from us. I believe they are double walled, but I can double check tomorrow.

Just coming back on this thread to confirm that they are double walled, i.e. layer, middle, layer and the design of then gives upto double/triple thickness as the cardboard is folder to make it into a box
