Dear customer.

Sorry that you order hasn't arrived before something you ordered off Amazon. If you would have preferred that your customized gift was just lifted off a shelf and delivered for free by staff on poor wages and working contracts, we recommend that you shop there instead. That billionaire guy needs your money more than this independent shop.

they will see she is being unfair.

DO NOT SEND ANOTHER.
tell her it’s sent and she needs to allow 14 days delivery as outlined in royal mails tos.

If mug has not arrived after 14 days she is more than entitled to a refund due to distance selling regulations.

Wish I read this sooner!

A customer made a recent order (over a week ago) and has still not been received. I checked RM track and trace.

The customer has NOT been in contact regarding the delivery but instead I contacted them and offered to send another mug free of charge (special delivery)...

I know, I know... I'm still a newbie.

The customer still hasnt reponded, hopefully the email is in his junk folder.

Just remember the old adage...

'The Customer is always ..................... a TW@T!'

... and you won't go far wrong.

Humans are all tw@ts it’s in our nature to complain and moan about anything.
I found myself moaning to an eBay seller about a late delivery yesterday ordered on 28th November still showing on eBay as in transit so I asked what can they do as it’s a gift.

I did feel that was more than an adequate time to wait before complaining, but low that same day it arrived by Hermes.

I lost my cool with a customer on ebay a couple of weeks ago. She purchased a gel decal from me and then complained that it was smaller than what she thought it would be. "You did read the listing which clearly states the size" I asked her. "Yes, of course I did, do you think I'm stupid?" she replied.

I couldn't miss an open goal. "Perhaps your next ebay purchase should be a measuring tape", I replied. I blocked her after that parting shot.

Brilliant.

I had
"Where is my parcel?" I explained it was at her Royal Mail sorting office as it showed on her tracking as she wasn't in when they attempted delivery. Her reply "Well you need to go and get it and bring it to me at work as I need it now!!!"

My response was "LOL" and blocked.

Janners.

You checked the tracking number before contacting the seller and allowed 10 business days...right?

I had one of those nutcases recently. She left me negative feedback. I was supposed to get the item back from her old address on the south coast.
