This chap hasn't been with me for long, and judging by his distress on Saturday, I doubt he will be back.

It's infuriating when suppliers repeatedly let you down. Over the distinct impression ordering a couple of boxes of mugs is of little interest to them. In my case the customer I lost ordered pallets at a time but wanted a couple of sample boxes.

From small acorns......I treat every customer as if they're spending thousands even when they only spend a few pounds.

Out of the past six orders from listawood five were incorrect or not sent. Have stopped buying from them weeks ago now sadly.

Maybe I am just lucky as I have only ever had a handful of problems in over 10-15 years of using them or perhaps my business is not so stretched that I need to order items in to complete a job, I know I am going to get shot at for this, but you should never promise a job unless you know you have the items in stock and ready to go, relying on any supplier and a delivery company is not a great idea tbh.
I'm scrubbing really hard but still looks really good, very dissapointing lol. Been through the dishwasher and still we have a picture!
The problem is the inconsistency so hopefully it will not happen on the mugs you have, you will be able to tell immediately as the surface can be "bubbly". I have had an order of 20 SW boxes before and they have all been spot on, but then have had to throw away 3 boxes from an order of 5 because they were awful. And don't get me started on their screw ups which have cost me money to return the items :-(

Yes, we had the bubbly surface many years ago, that was a first.

Ohh well, such is life. Now where is my coffee, I know one of these mugs has coffee in it.....

Update on my email that I sent to Listawood.....nothing!
I hadn't heard from them by Thursday at noon, so I sent the email to the MD....still nothing.

I guess Listawood really don't care. Another one on the "No chance" list.

Dear Janners

I'm very sorry to hear of the issues you are having. I've done a couple of searches but I don't seem to have any mails from you on my server so it seems to have got lost somewhere between our respective systems, or on mine - if you would be kind enough to take the time to resend it to alex.turner@listawood.com I will of course look into this for you straight away.

With Kind Regards, Alex.
