The problem is the inconsistency so hopefully it will not happen on the mugs you have, you will be able to tell immediately as the surface can be "bubbly". I have had an order of 20 SW boxes before and they have all been spot on, but then have had to throw away 3 boxes from an order of 5 because they were awful. And don't get me started on their screw ups which have cost me money to return the itemsI'm scrubbing really hard but still looks really good, very dissapointing lol. Been through the dishwasher and still we have a picture!
I fully agree and this is the first time I have done it in the 8 years this business has been running. Sods law!:rolleyes:socialgiraffe;145969 wrote: I know I am going to get shot at for this, but you should never promise a job unless you know you have the items in stock and ready to go, relying on any supplier and a delivery company is not a great idea tbh.
Haha! Mint!
Ohh well, such is life. Now where is my coffee, I know one of these mugs has coffee in it.....

I'm very sorry to hear of the issues you are having. I've done a couple of searches but I don't seem to have any mails from you on my server so it seems to have got lost somewhere between our respective systems, or on mine - if you would be kind enough to take the time to resend it to alex.turner@listawood.com I will of course look into this for you straight away.
With Kind Regards, Alex.
